One Penis Policy

A One Penis Policy is a rule between a multigamous couple to limit the type of partner they can have sex with.

Often known as a "OPP".

For example, Mira and Markus are in a relationship and agree to have sex with other people. They agree to only have sex with biological women. As a result, Markus has the one penis in the relationship dynamic.

OPP rules are far more common to restrict sex with other men, but the "one vagina rule" can also fall under the OPP.

OPP are frequently used as a rule to guard against insecurities. They can be homophobic, transphobic, and <insert marginalized identity>-phobic.
